Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate customer installation invoices and communicate with the sales team when necessary
- Understand and process manufacturer product returns
- Understand manufacturer ordering procedures and process sales orders
- Utilize Traverse effectively and efficiently to manage sales order dates
- Review and respond to daily correspondence regarding deliveries, installation requests, and sales orders
- Utilize Vendor Portals to track purchases
- Proficient in Traverse
- Additional duties as requested
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and manufacturer reps
- Problem solver
- Able to work comfortably in a varied pace environment
- Have reliable transportation
- Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm
