The prices of appliances are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you place an order with a deposit and an order confirmation is received, the price will remain fixed for that specific order. Revised orders are subject to pricing change.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Fees may apply.
Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price based on the prevailing tax rates. The tax amount will be clearly specified during the checkout process or on the invoice.
We provide delivery services for appliances within a specified delivery area. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside this area or for special requests such as removal of old appliances, inside deliveries, and uncrating appliances. Delivery dates and times will be mutually agreed upon, and we will make our best effort to deliver the products within the specified timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding. We will not be responsible for moving any furniture or valuables.
Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day of installation and review and approve all work completed. Installation does not include any parts or accessories except where specifically listed on the sales order. Some appliances may require anti-tip brackets to be installed. AUTCOhome is not responsible for third-party installations.
Appliances sold by our dealership come with manufacturer warranties. The terms and duration of the warranty vary depending on the product and brand. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation provided with the product for details.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a return and exchange policy in place for appliances that are unused, undamaged, and in their original unopened packaging. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact your salesperson within a specified timeframe (typically within 7 days of purchase). Additional terms and conditions may apply, and we will provide you with the necessary information to initiate the return or exchange process. Restocking fees may apply.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond our control. If our ability to render services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond our control, we may choose not to provide services.
Services can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present, including possible code violations. For any un-installation services provided, you agree that neither we shall be responsible for repairing any changes made to your residence. We will disassemble, deconstruct or break down any product for haul-away services, even if necessary for removal.
By your signature on the sales order or electronic approval, you agree that, except for direct property damage that results from negligence, under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expense, costs, lost savings or earnings or liability arising out of, or related to, the services provided by us for the installation, un-installation, use of or inability to use your products.
