Manufacturer Support

Appliance User Guide

Please do not throw away your manufacturer user guide, as it has valuable information specific to your brand and model. Your user guide will include the following:

  • Operation
  • Features
  • Cleaning
  • Maintenance
  • Trouble Shooting
  • Service

Please Note: Manufacturers will not resend paper copies of your user guides. Instead, they will redirect you to their brand website with electronic versions of their user guides.

While we do not provide in-house service, Shannon can recommend a servicer for your brand. The service company will be able to inform you if you are still under warranty. Please have your invoice, serial number, and model number available during the call.  If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please ask Shannon if he can provide one for you.
